Courier Information
Please arrange your own Pudo locker, courier collection at our collection address, or self-collect by appointment ONLY.
Please ensure to book your courier waybill once the order size is confirmed. And copy and paste the details to us to avoid any discrepancies.
Pudo bookings will have an additional fee charged should we book for you.
Stock Availability Disclaimer
While we endeavor to maintain stock availability, items may go out of stock during the ordering process. In such cases, we can offer a credit or refund.
Courier Responsibility Disclaimer
We shall not be liable for ANY courier delays, damage, or loss. We solely utilize their services. Note: Pudo deliveries do not include insurance coverage.
Product Inspection and Claims
It is crucial to inspect all received items within 3 days of receipt. Any missing items must be reported within this timeframe for prompt resolution. Failure to initiate this process within the 3-day period will limit our ability to assist you.
Please note that we do not specialize in the products we sell and are unable to offer after-sales support on their usage or assembly. We kindly encourage customers to utilize online resources, such as Google, for additional guidance on the items purchased.
Factory Fault Disclaimer
In the rare event of a factory fault, while we make every effort to facilitate replacements, we do not guarantee replacements for all factory-faulted items. If a replacement is authorized, the buyer is responsible for returning the item at their cost for inspection before a replacement can be provided. Please note, we do not accept responsibility for any factory-faulted items.
